1. What We Collect

When you verify your account with RFA, we store:

• Discord User ID — your unique Discord account identifier
• Roblox User ID — your unique Roblox account identifier
• Roblox Username — your current Roblox display name at verification
• Verification date — when you completed verification
• Group membership status — whether you are in the RFA Roblox group

When you submit a join application, we additionally store:

• Your account age at time of application
• Past usernames and achievements provided in the form
• Your stated reason for applying
• Application status and staff review notes

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively for the operation of the RFA platform. Specifically:

• To verify your identity across Discord and Roblox
• To manage your player record, contract history, and statistics
• To issue and track sanctions and moderation actions
• To synchronise your eligibility and status into RFA Roblox servers in real time

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or any commercial purpose.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in a Supabase-hosted database with row-level security. Access is restricted to authorised RFA platform services. The platform is hosted on Vercel infrastructure in the European region.

4. Data Retention

Verification records are retained for the duration of your participation in RFA. If you request removal, your record will be deleted within 7 days. Note that deletion will result in loss of platform access and player history.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data

To exercise any of these rights, open a support ticket in the RFA Discord server.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

The Orbis platform uses browser localStorage to store your session token and theme preferences. No tracking cookies are used. No third-party analytics are embedded.

7. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
