1. What We Collect

When you verify your account with RFC, we store:

• Discord User ID — your unique Discord account identifier
• Roblox User ID — your unique Roblox account identifier
• Roblox Username — your current Roblox display name at verification
• Verification date — when you completed verification
• Group membership status — whether you are in the RFC Roblox group
• Account age — the age of your Roblox account in days at time of verification

We also store activity log data including admin actions on your account (contracts, sanctions, transfers) with timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively for RFC operations:

• Linking your Discord identity to your Roblox account for league management
• Managing player contracts, transfers, and sanctions
• Preventing alt-account abuse and duplicate registrations
• Sending relevant notifications via Discord DM

We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to any third party for commercial purposes.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in a Supabase database with access restricted to RFC platform administrators. The platform is hosted on Vercel.

4. Third-Party Services

• Discord — for authentication and notifications. Subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.
• Roblox — for account verification. Subject to Roblox's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — for database storage. Subject to Supabase's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as you are an active or former RFC participant. Activity logs and sanction records may be retained for accountability. To request removal, open a support ticket.

6. Your Rights

• Request a copy of the data RFC holds about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to retention requirements)
